VEKAdeck™

VEKAdeck is an engineered deck board that meets or exceeds ASTM standards for impact and puncture resistance, provides excellent traction when wet or dry and is thermally reflective to keep you cool under foot. VEKAdeck and matching fascia board ships in three attractive colors (gray, khaki and white) to satisfy most applications. Available in 12, 16 and 20-foot lengths.

The product’s low water absorption property makes it ideal for high humidity, pool or marine environments. Maintenance is simply reduced to periodic cleaning with mild household soaps. Standing water should be removed to prevent mold, mildew and dirt build up.

Since VEKAdeck is made from 100% PVC and color stabilizers, this premium deck board will resist fading due to normal weather conditions. Gradual, uniform color change may occur and is normal, but VEKAdeck will display an attractive appearance season after season. The reinforced cellular PVC extrusion process gives VEKAdeck dimensional stability and impact resistance. VEKAdeck has a 20-year warranty, one of the best in the industry.

VEKAdeck, the reinforced cellular PVC deck board from VEKA Innovations, has proven to be the alternative to wood and wood fiber/plastic composite decking materials. VEKAdeck is lighter than wood or composite materials but is highly impact resistant. VEKAdeck works similarly to other decking products, requiring no special tools or fasteners.

Performance characteristics such as long life, high durability, low maintenance requirements along with a high return on investment and the materials environmentally friendly status make it an ideal board for residential and commercial dock applications. VEKAdeck is the perfect way to add value and beauty to your home.

Rhino Deck®

When designing your new deck, or renovating an existing structure, plan on finishing your project with Rhino Deck. Use standard wood posts and joist runners when constructing the frame, then finish the project with Rhino Deck boards, spindles and post sleeves. Remember, Rhino Deck is only designed for use as a deck board.

“People have gotten so tired of the maintenance associated with wooden decks, they’re switching to composite materials in record numbers,” says Mark Reum, CEO of Master Mark Plastics, the company that manufactures Rhino Deck brand composite decking. Among its many benefits, composite decking looks like wood but will never rot or splinter; it handles extreme temperatures better; is impervious to termites and never has to be painted or stained.

It is also slip resistant, making it a great material for around a swimming pool; and since it’s made of recycled materials, it’s environmentally friendly. Rhino Deck’s boards, for example, contain 50 percent recycled wood which is recovered from cabinet making, and 50 percent recycled plastic (comprised of post consumer bottles) blended with colorant and UV stabilizers. Colors available include acorn brown and barnwood gray. In-stock sizes 5/4" x 6" x 12', 16' and 20' lengths.

TimberTech

TimberTech’s composite decking is a revolutionary alternative to traditional woods decks. With TimberTech, you get a skid-free, splinter-free surface that doesn’t need painting, staining or sealing. And, unlike wood decks, TimberTech resists fading, weathering, rotting and warping – it stays looking new, year after year. In fact, it’s backed with a 25-year warranty.

The patented process uses a variety of cellulose materials, wood flour and virgin polyethylene. The result: a product that is more consistent, more natural looking and of higher quality than composites that use recycled materials. Available by special order.
